By creating an account, registering, or utilizing the services provided by **FollowUp CRM** (operated under FollowUp CRM Technologies Pvt Ltd), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing our system.
1. User Accounts & Security
To access our CRM dashboard, you must register a valid account using real, accurate corporate credentials. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the absolute secrecy of your login password.
- All data inputs, activities, and communication campaigns conducted through your authorized CRM workspace.
- Immediately notifying our security desk at mail.anmeyitservices@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Prohibited Uses of the Platform
You agree strictly not to use FollowUp CRM to execute or facilitate:
- Spamming, unsolicited marketing, or commercial harassment.
- Deceptive marketing plans, MLM, adult entertainment services, cryptocurrency operations, or illegal gambling portals.
- Uploading files containing viruses, malware, or keyloggers that interfere with other users' dashboards.
Violating these rules results in immediate suspension of services without any eligibility for a refund.
3. Subscription, Billing, & Invoices
Paid subscriptions (Starter and Business plans) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your plan. Fees are charged securely via Razorpay. All fees are in INR (Indian Rupee) and are inclusive of standard GST. Invoices containing your specified company GSTIN are generated automatically upon successful transaction processing.
4. Service Interruptions & SLA
While we guarantee a 99.9% application uptime, FollowUp CRM is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not liable for incidental communication delays, data syncing latencies, or ISP blackouts that occur beyond our direct cloud network controls.
5. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Active users will be notified of major changes via dashboard alerts or their registered email addresses.
