Cancellation & Refund Policy

At **FollowUp CRM**, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide stellar tracking features, automation dashboards, and WhatsApp configurations to support your growing sales team.

1. 14-Day Free Trial

We offer a fully functional 14-day free trial on our Starter and Business plans. This allows you to explore all features, set up automated notifications, test teams integrations, and verify our workflow prior to any billing transactions. No credit card is required to access the free trial.

2. Refund Eligibility Window

If you decide to upgrade to a paid plan and feel that FollowUp CRM is not meeting your sales team's operational needs, you are eligible for a **full 100% refund** of your transaction, provided:

  • The refund claim is submitted within 7 days of your initial billing date.
  • The claim is sent via email to our support desk at mail.anmeyitservices@gmail.com.
  • You provide your registered email address and Razorpay transaction/invoice reference number.

3. Processing & Settlement Time

Once submitted, our accounts team will review and approve eligible requests within 48 hours. Approved refunds are securely credited back to your original payment source (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking) via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your active monthly or yearly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your account will not be charged again in the next billing cycle.
  • You will retain full access to your CRM workspace and customer lead records until the end of your currently paid billing period.
